Honestly, you manage it pretty much the same way you’d manage anything else that is full of commotion or is of a messy, chaotic nature, that is, you don’t really manage it: you struggle or try to cope with it! It’s more a matter of leadership ability than management skill.

We will assist you with managing the people-side of change processes, in order for you to achieve the required outcomes, and to realize the change effectively within the individual change agent, the team or the (small) organization, and the wider system that surrounds the team or the small organization or the organizational unit.
